About Valente De Los Santos

I am a contract pilot based out of Charlotte and Concord, North Carolina, and a part-time Realtor with a deep-rooted background in construction and land development. Originally from Nairobi, Kenya, I come from a multigenerational family that has spent decades building homes and helping families create strong new beginnings. Growing up in this environment instilled in me a respect for craftsmanship, integrity, and service from an early age.

Now residing in Charlotte, I bring that foundation into my work with investors, families, and homebuyers. As a Realtor, I help clients buy homes, find land, and develop properties with clarity and confidence, supported by both hands-on experience and a long-standing family legacy in building and development.

Aviation has shaped my approach to professionalism and responsibility. Working as a contract pilot requires precision, discipline, and sound judgment—qualities I carry into every real estate transaction. Beyond my professional work, I volunteer as a firefighter once a week, giving back to the community I call home.

As a proud father, I value stability, trust, and strong communities. Rooted in a culture of unity and community building, I bring those values into every relationship and every project I take on in the Charlotte area.
